Join the Swan Stonarts Team! Swan Stonarts is a leading granite and marble wholesaler for the memorialization industry. In an industry devoted to memorializing loved ones, we are committed to helping our customers be more successful by delivering high quality products and services. Swan Stonarts is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to connect with business owners and managers in the memorial industry, particularly cemeteries and cemetery franchises, to help drive our growth. This position will work closely with various teams within the company and prioritize exceptional customer service. The role is based in Bryan, TX. Primary Responsibilities: * Travelling Sales Person * All aspects of B2B sales including key account identification, sell-in and ongoing relationship management to ensure customer acquisition, retention and growth * Explore and close new business opportunities through cold calling, traveling to meeting customers face to face, and email. * 70% of this role will require traveling and visiting customers in-person. * Deliver outstanding customer service to customers and maintain healthy relationships. * Communicate Swan Stonarts' competitive differentiation to enhance sales and convert competitive accounts * Answer customer calls, with a focus on customer care responsibilities, and inquiries on order progress * Liaise with the operations team to ensure fulfillment, logistics and ultimately customer satisfaction for all orders * Constantly work towards transforming target accounts into top accounts, including maintaining consistent networking and visibility with account decision makers Skills: * 5+ years of experience in sales/customer service, B2B/direct sales experience. Wholesale experience is a plus. * Superior interpersonal skills (written, verbal, presentation) * Knowledge of "back-office" computer systems (ERP software) * Careful attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills * Superior problem solving and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative) * Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required * Industry (specifically cemetery) experience is a plus * Experience in meeting or exceeding challenging sales targets * Must be able to work independently and in a team environment * Must have a clean drivers license and reliable transportation Swan Stonarts Benefits: * 401k * Health, and Dental insurance * Per Diem and Hotel stay * Paid Time Off * Paid Training Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * Sales: 3 years (Required) Willingness to travel: * 75% (Required) Work Location: On the road
