Overview We are seeking a skilled Application Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for service and technical support to Sales, dealers and customers. The candidate will be responsible for all everyday machine applications, machine demonstrations, and machine training operations and the fulfillment of the company's sales and service goals. Duties * Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing and new customers and dealers * Responsible for daily machine technical applications and service support to dealers and customers * Supporting Service Manager on machines, spare parts and technical matters * Supporting Product Manager on Applications and CNC controls technology of HWACHEON Machines * Providing information on machines, dealers and customers to improve service standards * Supporting Regional Sales Managers and Event demonstrations on machine related matters for exhibitions, events, technical field sales support. * Following up on machine problems, improvement, service conducted, spare parts and related matters * Following up on recorded problems until they are resolved. * Responsible for any other duties as and when assigned Additional Notes * Minimum Experience: 3 years of CNC Machine operation, programming, setup application/processing, CAD/CAM. * International travel required, U.S.A Passport required.
