What We Offer * Medical, dental, and vision coverage * 401(k) * Paid time off * Comprehensive training (product, process, and technology) * Business Development Center support to generate leads * A loyal customer base to help you start strong * Ongoing career growth opportunities Responsibilities * Engage with leads via phone, email, chat, or text to schedule appointments * Conduct vehicle demonstrations and highlight key features and benefits * Enter customer information into the CRM to ensure accurate follow-up * Use the CRM for all customer interactions, keeping BDC staff updated on status * Utilize CRM retention tools to engage potential buyers and solicit business * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships * Conduct business through various channels including email, phone, and in-person appointments * Collaborate with management to finalize sales, secure financing, and ensure customer satisfaction Requirements * Proven customer service experience, including strong CSI performance * Prior automotive sales experience * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Strong follow-through and multi-tasking abilities * Self-motivated team player with a positive, can-do attitude About Us Pepe Auto Group believes our success begins with our people.
