Job Description- Estate Planning Support Specialist Join Our Growing Team as an Estate Planning Attorney at Rosenblum Law Rosenblum Law has been a trusted name in the legal field for over 20 years. Position Overview: Estate Planning Support Specialist We're seeking an Estate Planning Support Specialist with an outgoing and warm personality who is also highly organized, detail-oriented, and intellectually sharp. Fluency in Spanish is required. While estate planning experience is preferred, it's not a requirement -- we're happy to train the right person with the right attitude. This role is fully dedicated to supporting our growing Estate Planning practice while occasionally assisting other practice areas when needed. Location and Work Schedule * Location: 777 Passaic Ave., Clifton, New Jersey. Our office is conveniently located close to all major highways. * Schedule: This is a full-time position requiring 40-50 hours in office per week, Monday-Friday, standard 9:00-5:00 office schedule on most days; however, support is sometimes needed in the evenings. Schedule will be adjusted accordingly. Compensation and Benefits * Compensation: $55,000-75,000 base with $10,000 possible performance based bonus * Benefits: After 90 day probationary period eligible for health benefits and PTO benefits. After 1 full year of service eligible for 401k benefits.
