Position

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and oversee all sales activity across new warm leads, renewals, inbound call-in sales, and Account Managers. This role focuses on leadership, accountability, coaching, and consistent execution -- not cold calling. The Sales Manager is responsible for overall sales performance and will be compensated with a base salary plus an override tied to total sales results.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee new sales from warm leads
• Lead, coach, and manage Account Managers
• Own all renewals and customer retention efforts
• Oversee inbound and call-in sales opportunities
• Ensure timely follow-up, proposal delivery, and closing
• Track pipelines, close rates, renewals, and forecasts
• Maintain strong communication with operations for smooth handoffs

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing salespeople in a service-based business
• Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills
• Experience with renewals and customer retention
• Organized, process-driven, and metrics-focused
• CRM experience required
• Professional communication skills
