The entry-level Customer Sales Associate serves as the face of our company and strives to establish brand recognition for our valued clients. We are seeking a creative entry-level Customer Sales Associate who is determined to think outside the box when contributing to our trailblazing marketing and sales campaigns. Entry-Level Customer Sales Associate Responsibilities: * Execute customer enrollment and sales campaigns and engage with customers in a given territory to drive brand visibility for our clients * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions * Conduct product presentations to educate customers on the products and services offered by our clients * Oversee the customer enrollment process and discreetly handle confidential information * Collaborate with other entry-level Customer Sales Associates to track campaign data and achieve sales targets * Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention * Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment by providing mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback to fellow entry-level Customer Sales Associates Entry-Level Customer Sales Associate Preferred Qualifications: * Ability to think creatively and contribute new ideas to the marketing and sales team * Excited to interact with clients, customers, and team members * Comfortable overturning objections and negotiating sales contracts * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail is a huge plus! * High school diploma or GED is required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $44,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching Work Location: In person
