This job is based in Brooklyn. Only experienced chefs or NY sales reps heavily involved in the food business apply. MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE experience as a chef or selling meat in NY. We are the largest specialty meat importer in the USA. We have a division that sells direct to restaurants. Items like Iberico Pork from Spain, Veal from France, Lamb from Wales UK, Beef & Lamb from NZ, Wagyu Beef from Aussie/USA & Japan, Ducks from Canada, USA high end meats as well, the list goes on. We are looking for smart and clever chefs or reps that want to work hard and make good money. The hours are standard 9:00am-5:00pm. If you think you can make it happen, please reach out.
