Texas Critical Systems is a mechanical and plumbing contractor established in the Central Texas area and has been in business since May of 2017. Our focus is in technical mechanical and plumbing projects for clients such as Samsung Semiconductor and the University of Texas. We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented HVAC and Plumbing Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. This dynamic role requires a self-starter who excels at generating new leads, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales in both the commercial sectors. You will be the face of our company during the sales process, providing expert advice and customized solutions to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities * Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities and leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement to build a sales pipeline. * Sales Process Management: Conduct on-site consultations to assess customer needs for HVAC and plumbing systems, diagnose problems, and propose tailored solutions. * Estimates & Proposals: Prepare detailed, accurate, and professional sales proposals and quotes for prospective clients. * Follow-Up & Closing: Aggressively follow up on leads and open proposals to ensure customer satisfaction and successfully close sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. * Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers to foster repeat business and referrals. * Industry Knowledge: Stay current on HVAC and plumbing industry trends, new products, local building codes, and energy efficiency standards to maintain expert Qualifications & Skills Required: * Proven track record of success in an outside sales role for Commercial HVAC and Plumbing * Strong knowledge of sales principles, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients. * Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel within the Central Texas market. * Coordinating with clients needs for presentation and/or bid forms. * Documenting assumptions. * Maintaining accurate documents (Drawings, Specs, Addendums, RFI's, Bid tabs, etc..) * Assisting current projects with pricing of changes. * Other duties as assigned. Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience: 4-yr mechanical engineering, business, or construction science degree (or commensurate levels of technical training and/or related experience) Field experience is ideal. Strong written and oral communication skills Outstanding organizational skills Excellent MS Office skills and ability/drive to learn new software systems Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors Ability to climb ladders, stoop, kneel, twist, bend, and lift 40 pounds Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner Ability to smock up and work in a clean room environment General understanding of plumbing and mechanical codes. Must be able to pass extensive background check and drug test Compensation will be commensurate with experience. This is a full time position based in Bastrop, Texas with travel to customer locations as required Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
