ProTouch Cleaners is an award-winning residential cleaning company serving the Treasure Valley. We're growing quickly, and we're looking for a driven, confident Inside Sales Representative who knows how to follow up, build trust, and close recurring cleaning clients. This role is not receptionist work. It is a high-activity sales position with strong earning potential and a clear performance metric: significantly increase our recurring close rate. What You 'll Do * Handle inbound sales calls (10-20%) and quickly qualify prospects * Make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads and past quotes (50%+) * Follow up with prospects via text and email (10-20%) * Provide accurate quotes and confidently recommend the right service package * Build rapport, ask strong discovery questions, and close recurring service plans * Keep notes updated and organized in software and CRM (5-10%) * Deliver a smooth hand-off to Operations once the client books What Makes You a Strong Fit * Experience in phone-based inside sales (home services background is a plus) * Consistent track record of meeting or beating sales targets * Strong communicator who can listen , guide, and close without being pushy * Comfortable with a high volume of call and follow-up activity * Energetic, positive, and self-motivated * Organized and reliable -- someone who follows up until the job is done Compensation * Base salary: $30,000 per year * Uncapped commission * Average performers: $2,000+/month in commission * Strong performers: $3,000 -$5,000+/month in commission Most reps earn $55,000 -$90,000+ annually based on performance.
