We're looking for a warm, customer-focused Inside/Counter Sales Representative to join our team at Glass Doctor. If you're friendly in- person and over the phone, with a can-do attitude, and a knack for closing sales while keeping things upbeat and positive--this could be a perfect fit! What You'll Be Doing: Think of this role as part sales, part service, and all about the customer. You'll be the voice of Glass Doctor when customers call or come in, helping them with quotes, scheduling, and questions. You'll also be following up with potential customers and checking in with clients to make sure they're thrilled with our work. Here 's a glimpse of your day-to-day: * Greet customers that come into the office for scheduled work or to purchase glass-related products or services. * Help customers on the phone with quotes, questions, and scheduling--always with a friendly tone. * Share why Glass Doctor is the right choice, and confidently ask for the sale. * Follow up on quotes and past jobs--turn a "maybe" into "yes!" * Handle any concerns with empathy and make sure issues get resolved quickly. * Keep your work area clean and organized. * Stay in touch with teammates and management--good communication is key! * Pitch in on growing our business by occasionally reaching out to potential new customers. * Be a team player--support your coworkers, jump in where needed, and bring a positive vibe. Who You Are: We're looking for someone who's: * Friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to * Organized and good with details and follow-up * Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems * Confident and motivated to meet goals * A great listener who can stay calm and kind--even when customers are frustrated * Able to follow through and communicate clearly, keeping track of tasks and items that require attention * Professional in how you present yourself, but never stuffy * Strong preference for someone who has worked in auto or flat glass before, or has other service/trade related experience, but it's not a dealbreaker.
