Business Development Director Keywords: Business Development, Makeup Brush, Private Label, B2B, International About Us: BeauteTools is a fast-growing private label makeup brush manufacturer with a sales office in Texas and a factory in China, serving top brands like Sephora, MAC etc. Role & Responsibilities: This is a trailblazing role focused on opening new markets and building fresh opportunities. You will: * Develop B2B markets in North America and other developed regions. * Secure new clients and lead private label projects from concept to delivery. * Collaborate with engineering on product development. * Represent BeauteTools at trade shows and other marketing events. Must-Haves: * Must be highly driven sales professional with unstoppable attitude and relentless hustle * 3-7 years of successfully beating goals in the make up products industry (manufacturer or retail) * You dominate at identifying, qualifying, and closing large B2B opportunities (must provide examples) * You love the cosmetics industry and are passionate about serving your clients * You are knowledgeable about market trends and creatively solving challenging business problems * You must have experience with the personal application of cosmetics using beauty brushes * Able to work with global market demands (occasional early mornings or late night meetings) * Available for domestic and international travel (up to 25%) * Must document and regularly report on progress towards quarterly sales objectives * Proficient in MS Office * Excellent written and verbal English communication skills * Able to work with Asian time zones (sometimes, early mornings/late nights). * USA College degree. Preferred: * Engineering, design, or product development background. * Strong attention to detail, with experience in technical product/manufacturing work. * International B2B contract manufacturing experience, especially in beauty industry.
