This is a professional, outside industrial sales role that involves building relationships and meeting face-to-face with existing and prospective customers. The Sales Engineer will focus on providing tailored solutions for metal fabrication and robotic welding equipment to OEMs and job shops. The ideal candidate will be based in the Atlanta metro area, with a focus on the state of Georgia. Key Responsibilities: * Direct sales to OEMs, distributors, and industrial clients * Prospecting, cold-calling, and development of long-term customer relationships * Territory management and strategic planning * Quotation and proposal development Job Qualifications: * Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. * Self-starter with a highly motivated work ethic. * Customer-focused with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization, including executive leadership. * Strong organizational skills and high comfort level with technology, finance, and business systems. * 3-5 years of experience in sales or manufacturing required. * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field preferred. * Mechanical aptitude is a significant plus.
