• Experience in membership sales model.
• Minimum 3 years of sales management experience
• Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English

Compensation

Package:

• Monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities

• Monday - Friday
• Weekends as needed What We 're Looking For:
• Proven Experience running a large scale personal care business
• Managed 25 + employees, in several roles
• Experience analyzing and creating strategy based on managing P&L statements
• 5+ years SALES management and proven personal sales, commision experience helpful. What You 'll Do:
• Lead by Example: Inspire and motivate your team through hands-on leadership and a strong focus on team development.
• Drive Results: Take charge of daily operations, ensuring that goals are met and performance is optimized across all areas.
