Our compensation plan includes a base salary, uncapped commissions, and other exciting incentives. On-Target Earnings (OTE) * Base Salary: $44,000-$66,000 * Typical OTE: $85K-$105K+ This position effectively manages sales leads as well as identifies other prospective opportunities to result in profitable sales. The consultative sales process defines the clients needs, then, formulates solutions. The Service Sales/ Account Manager achieves maximum profitability, growth and account penetration by effectively selling the companys preventive maintenance products and/or related commercial A/V support services; personally contacts and secures new business accounts/ customers. The Service Sales position promotes, sells and secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
