Goodmiles Running Company in Brookfield, WI is looking for a full*-time Athletic Sales Associate* to join our team. If you're passionate about running, walking, or an active lifestyle, we want you to help our customers find the perfect gear to meet their fitness goals. Responsibilities : * Customer Experience: Assist customers with expert shoe fittings, offering personalized advice on shoes, insoles, and accessories to ensure the best fit for their needs. * Product Recommendations: Provide recommendations for running apparel and accessories to enhance the customer's overall shopping experience and meet their fitness goals. * Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring every interaction is positive, informative, and exceeds customer expectations.
