Outside Sales Executive at BairesDev In this role, you will be in charge of sourcing, nurturing, and closing new BairesDev clients through networking and business development. This is a Hunter position where you'll focus on building relationships and driving new business growth. What You'll Do Hunting: * Build connections with clients across various industries. * Develop and nurture business partnerships that lead to opportunities. * Present our services and solutions to potential clients. * Maintain ongoing engagement with prospects. Project Management: * Assist with project scoping and engagement planning. * Support lead generation and sales activities to achieve targets. * Coordinate with internal teams during the sales process. * Help identify and address potential challenges. We are looking for: * Experience in technology sales or professional services. * Track record of identifying and developing new client relationships. * Ability to understand client needs and present solutions effectively. * Knowledge of technology industry trends and client challenges. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Understanding of software systems commonly used in business. * Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach. * Good organizational skills and attention to detail. * Native English or fully bilingual (English).
