In the Junior Account Executive role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and acquiring new business opportunities while establishing strong relationships with decision-makers and driving the sales process from prospecting to closing. You'll work closely with a small, agile team to build a sustainable pipeline, influence our sales strategy, and help shape the future of the company. What You 'll Be Doing: * Acquire and manage new acconts through business-to-business sales. * Build and nurture relationships with business accounts, driving new sales opportunities from prospecting to close. * Educate new accounts on product features and stay up to date with competitors. * Demonstrate account management and retention. * Utilize our proven sales strategies and tools to meet and exceed targets. * Continuously improve your sales techniques and mindset through ongoing training and feedback. * Work closely with the team to hit goals and celebrate wins * Represent Ryse and play a key part in building our presence in the Bay Area What We 're Looking For: * Great communication skills and a people-first mindset * A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
