Full description of the position

POSITION SUMMARY: The Account Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and managing existing accounts. In addition to developing and executing sales strategies to generate new referrals and manage existing accounts throughout the Dallas, Texas territory. This position requires strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of specialty infusion therapies, and the ability to educate healthcare providers on BioTek reMEDys' services. This position plays a critical role in expanding BioTek reMEDys' market presence in specialty infusion pharmacy services. This role is commission eligible. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk intermittently during the day. May sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day. Extended hours may be required as needed. Manual finger dexterity is needed for calculator and keyboard use. Proficiency in software, hardware, and networks, along with critical thinking and problem-solving skills is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Field-based position requiring frequent travel throughout the Dallas, TX territory, approximately 90% of the time. The Account Executive must be able to transport sales materials and marketing collateral and may need to work occasional evenings and weekends for healthcare events. Extended periods of sitting while driving and during meetings are expected. Effective communication in person, via telephone, and through electronic means is essential for success in this role. QUALIFICATIONS: * Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field. * Required: 3+ years of sales experience in specialty pharmacy, infusion services, patient advocacy, or related healthcare field. * Preferred: Prior sales or business or business development experience in healthcare or specialty pharmacy. * Preferred: Established network of healthcare contacts in Dallas, TX. * Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to educate and engage healthcare providers. * Knowledge of specialty medications, infusion therapies, and reimbursement processes. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. Performance Metrics: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual referral targets. Driving revenue growth within the assigned territory is a key expectation, as well as ensuring compliance with administrative requirements and consistently meeting deadlines. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Implement territory-specific sales strategies to achieve established revenue targets. * Identify and develop relationships with new referral sources including physicians, hospital systems, and outpatient clinics. * Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts to ensure retention and growth. * Conduct scheduled sales calls/meetings and educational sessions healthcare providers to promote BioTek reMEDys' specialty infusion services. * Document all sales activities, lead tracking, and account management in company CRM daily * Collaborate with internal teams (i.e.: clinical and operations) to ensure seamless patient onboarding. * Attend and participate in required sales meetings, training sessions, and company events. * Represent BioTek reMEDys at relevant healthcare conferences and industry functions. * Develop and manage strategic business development and account management initiatives. * Build strong interpersonal relationships and foster productive partnerships. * Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal teams and external stakeholders. * Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. * Apply problem-solving skills and sound judgment to make decisions. * Maintain a professional demeanor and strong presentation skills in all interactions.
