Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Enter customer orders and track them from mill order through shipment to the customer * Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure a timely and accurate response * Communicate with customers regarding their orders * Interact with Outside Sales, Quality Assurance and Purchasing on a routine basis * Represent Metals USA in a positive and professional manner * Resolve customer service issues as needed by working within the team * Regular and predictable attendance is required * Quote customers on spot opportunities form time to time * Learn the industry trends and understand customer demand / forecast trends * Monitor, analyze and communicate sales data to contribute to production service schedule Metals USA offers competitive wages and benefits plus upward mobility towards professional growth.
