This role offers comprehensive training to help you develop expertise in insurance sales and customer service. Ideal candidates are eager to learn, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for helping clients find the best insurance solutions. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided to ensure your success in this dynamic and rewarding industry. Duties * NO DOOR to DOOR Evening SALES * Engage with potential clients at their place of Employment * Conduct needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance policies tailored to client requirements * Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients to secure optimal agreements * Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications and maintaining accurate records * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and assisting with policy explanations * Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies and expand client base * Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including HIPAA and other privacy standards where applicable * Follow up with clients regularly to review their coverage needs and foster long-term relationships Requirements * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively explain complex information * Experience or interest in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing preferred * Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to analyze client needs for tailored solutions * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client populations * Skills in sales administration, marketing, and benefits management are advantageous * Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor and problem-solving mindset * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Willingness to undergo comprehensive training on insurance products and sales techniques * Prior experience in insurance sales, analysis skills, or related fields is beneficial but NOT REQUIRED * Must possess or be willing to acquire proper Insurance License with our Assistance Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary Pay: $53,652.61 - $64,613.89 per year Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week Benefits: * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Vision insurance Work Location: On the road
