Why Work at AccentCare? * Competitive pay * Excellent opportunities for career growth and advancement * Generous paid time off (PTO) benefits for full time employees * Six paid holidays plus two floating holidays annually * Opportunity to enroll in company sponsored medical, dental and vision benefits after meeting eligibility criteria * Optional 401k with company match * Tuition reimbursement * Training and career development * Ability to make a positive impact on the local community * Great company culture that encourages a team environment and personal development What You 'll Do: As an Area Sales Manager, you will: * Provides Sales Management and coaching of Account Executives in West TX (Lubbock, Amarillo, San Angelo, Midland/Odessa, Abieline, El Paso, Dallas & Fort Worth) * Identifies and pursues potential business growth opportunities * Assists in recruiting, hiring and training of sales staff * Develops and communicates sales targets to Account Executives * Monitors Account Executives Management System for the Division and tracks Performance of all Account Executives in the Division * Prepares, delivers, and assists in the creation of major account sales presentations to achieve personal sales and revenue goals * Works with Account Executives in the field in an effort to develop strong and diverse account base Who You Are: * College degree preferred * Must be able to demonstrate prior experiences being successful in sales with a company, as measured by meeting objectives, exceeding quota's, repeat customers / orders, etc. * 3 years Industry experience, preferably with either sales, business development or contracting experience (ideally, someone from medical services company or similar background, as they may already know many of the independents in a region) * Open to traveling locally * Strong organizational and follow-through skills Thank you for your interest in AccentCare!
