Location: Tampa, FL (Field-Based / In-Person) Department: Patient Experience Reports To: VP of Sales Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000 base + uncapped performance bonuses (On-target earnings $80,000 -$150,000+) Vein911 is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Healthcare Territory Salesperson to grow our patient base by building strong referral partnerships with physicians and healthcare providers throughout the Tampa Bay area. This role is perfect for a motivated self-starter who enjoys being out in the field, building meaningful professional relationships, and being rewarded for performance. This position is field-based and requires regular local travel to physician offices, clinics, and community partners through-out the Tampa Bay area. Key Responsibilities * Build, manage, and grow referral relationships with primary care physicians and specialty providers * Serve as Vein911's primary point of contact for referring doctors and office staff * Increase monthly new patient referrals through consistent outreach, education, and relationship development * Educate providers and their teams on Vein911 services, treatment options, and referral processes * Track all outreach, meetings, and referral activity in Salesforce * Analyze referral trends and identify opportunities for growth * Collaborate with marketing and leadership to align outreach strategies with company goals * Represent Vein911 professionally at networking events, meetings, and community engagements * Consistently meet or exceed referral and performance targets tied to an uncapped bonus plan Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in sales, field marketing, business development, or account management * Healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales experience is a plus * Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred * Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field * Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams * Reliable transportation for daily local travel (Mileage Compensated) * Professional demeanor with the ability to clearly and confidently communicate Vein911's value Ready to build relationships, drive growth, and make a real impact on patients' lives?
