In this capacity, you will be in the position to improve those lives by shining a light on the gaps and inadequacies in their current coverage, and by offering better solutions to PROTECT their lives and wealth. In addition, you will also help a fortunate few GROW their wealth by setting appointments with an Investment Advisor Representative in the office. So what happens next? You then obtain your Colorado Life and Health insurance license (paid for by the office) so you can offer even more solutions to more people (and be compensated for it!) Already have this one? Well, look at you go! And after that? You obtain your Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses in an adjacent state so you can offer similar solutions to our clients, customers, and prospects there. Is that as high as this ladder goes? No. You can then obtain your Series 6 and Series 63 securities licenses (paid for by the office) and offer a wide range of financial products and services to all of those clients, customers, and prospects. To be considered, an applicant must already possess a Colorado Property and Casualty License and have a proven history of resilience , persistence , and determination --especially when faced with obstacles and challenges. Moreover, an applicant must have demonstrated problem- solving skills , goal-orientation , and adaptability. Finally, an applicant must have the softer skills of empathy , active listening, and be comfortably autodidactic.
