Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will will visit stores daily within an assigned Brooklyn route to take orders, maintain relationships, introduce new products, and grow sales. This is a field-based position, working directly with store owners and buyers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build client relationships, generate leads, and expand our market presence through sales strategies and excellent customer service. The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing territory sales. Responsibilities * Identify and generate new business opportunities through store visits, networking, and lead generation activities. * Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling products, and fostering long-term relationships. * Negotiate pricing agreements to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability. * Collaborate with marketing team to develop territory-specific campaigns and promotional activities. * Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements relevant to the product portfolio. * Manage territory sales activities efficiently through territory management techniques and analysis skills. * Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to support product development and service enhancements. Qualifications * Experience in outside sales, B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills. * Strong business development abilities with experience in lead generation. * Knowledge of territory management strategies and inside/outside sales techniques. * Analytical skills for market analysis and sales performance evaluation. * Experience in retail sales is a plus but not required. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts effectively while providing exceptional client support.
