- Training & development Field Sales Executive - High-Ticket Home Services $200,000 -$300,000+ Earning Potential | Commission Only We are expanding rapidly across Central and Northern California and are looking for elite field sales professionals who want a real opportunity to earn at the top of the market. This is not a customer service role. This is not inside sales. This is a field-based, inspection-driven, high-ticket sales position for driven professionals who want independence, strong commissions, and serious income upside. If you come from solar, wireless, alarms, B2B, or high-pressure commission sales and know how to close, you will fit in well here. What You'll Be Selling You'll be conducting on-site inspections and selling high-value home services , including: Roof and property inspections
- Home service solutions (HVAC-related inspections, roofing-adjacent services, preventative solutions)
- Residential and light commercial opportunities
- This role requires being on roofs, using ladders, and performing physical inspections. Fear of heights is a non-starter. Earning Potential &

- Proven sales experience (commission-based, quota-driven)
- Background in solar, wireless, alarms, home services, or B2B sales preferred Comfortable working independently in the field
- Competitive mindset and strong closing ability
- Professional appearance and communication
- Must be comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs Valid driver's license and clean driving record
