We're expanding in Northern California and looking for a proven Sales Representative to grow and lead our presence throughout theentire Bay Area. This is a full-time W-2 employee role with a fast-growing wholesale flooring company serving retailers, builders, and designers , offering a premium mix of hardwood, SPC, and laminate flooring. Who This Role Is For This role is ideal for an experienced flooring sales professional who understands the Bay Area market, thrives on building long-term relationships, and wants more than just a territory--you want a platform for growth. What You 'll Do * Develop and grow relationships with retailers, builders, and designers * Prospect and onboard new accounts across the Bay Area * Manage and expand existing accounts with a consultative sales approach * Represent premium flooring products with confidence and technical knowledge * Collaborate with operations and leadership to deliver a seamless customer experience What We 're Looking For * Minimum 5 years of flooring industry sales experience * Strong knowledge of hardwood, SPC, and/or laminate flooring * Established relationships within the Bay Area flooring, design, or building community * Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven * Comfortable in a performance-based, growth-oriented environment What We Offer * W-2 employee position * Competitive base salary plus commission * Large, established territory with significant upside * Direct access to leadership and decision-makers * Clear opportunity for future growth and leadership as the company continues to expand Interested?
