Business Development Manager - Freight & Logistics Sales * *Location: Piscataway, NJ 08854 Job Type: Full-time Compensation: $70,000-$100,000 base + uncapped commission Are you a proven B2B freight sales professional ready to drive new business and grow key accounts? MX Logistics is hiring a Business Development Manager to build pipeline, close new freight transportation customers, and expand long-term relationships. You'll be supported by an experienced operations team and have direct impact on your earnings. Why MX Logistics We're an asset-based carrier and 3PL serving customers across the U.S. and Canada, backed by 30+ years of performance and customer trust. *What You 'll Do * Own the full sales cycle: prospect, pitch, close, and grow freight transportation accounts * Build and manage a consistent pipeline through outbound outreach and referrals * Conduct discovery to understand shipping needs and present tailored freight and logistics solutions * Meet or exceed revenue targets and track activity in CRM * Partner with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and strong customer experience * Meet locally and regionally with customers as needed (expenses reimbursed) *What We 're Looking For * 3+ years of B2B freight or logistics sales experience with a track record of closing and growing accounts * Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills * Understanding of transportation operations and customer decision drivers * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM tools * Ability to meet with customers locally What We Offer * Competitive base ($70K-$100K) + uncapped commission * Benefits package: health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, life insurance, PTO Ready to Apply?*We 're actively interviewing.
