Full description of the position

We are looking for a motivated and performance-focused Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will support business growth by developing new opportunities, managing client relationships, and strengthening our presence within assigned territories. The ideal candidate brings experience in B2B sales, account management, and relationship-building, with an interest in technology-driven or product-based solutions. This position provides the opportunity to work in a fast-moving environment, partnering with organizations across multiple industries to deliver customized solutions and build lasting client relationships. Responsibilities * Source and develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and market research. * Manage and grow existing accounts by delivering responsive service, identifying additional needs, and maintaining strong professional relationships. * Present products and solutions to prospective clients through meetings, demonstrations, and presentations tailored to their objectives. * Plan and execute territory strategies to increase visibility and revenue within assigned markets. * Use CRM platforms such as Salesforce to document activities, organize customer information, and monitor sales progress. * Discuss terms and pricing with clients and guide opportunities through the closing process while prioritizing long-term satisfaction. * Partner with marketing teams to support lead generation initiatives and outreach campaigns. * Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and product updates to effectively support client conversations. * Compile sales reports and forecasts for internal review, using data to identify trends and growth opportunities. Qualifications * Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory-based roles within industries such as technology, services, or retail. * Ability to manage multiple accounts and responsibilities while staying organized and focused on priorities. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in client-facing conversations. * Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce or comparable systems. * Background in lead development, outreach, consultative selling, and account expansion. * Familiarity with sales and marketing alignment in inside and outside sales environments. * Comfort delivering professional product demonstrations and solution-oriented presentations. * Customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on long-term relationship building. * Ability to review sales data and market information to support decision-making.
