Auto-Chlor System is looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual we can train and develop into a skilled Route Service and Sales Tech. This role is very engaging for the right person, as it blends hands-on service & mechanical work with account management, customer service, and sales. You will be trained to manage every aspect of over 130 restaurant customers doing business with us, to include: * preventative maintenance & repair to our commercial dishwashing machines * product delivery and inventory management of the cleaning chemicals we provide to restaurants * invoicing, receiving payments, upselling, and on-site training * build strong customer relationships that lead to loyalty and new sales opportunities * participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service needs. What You Bring: * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Mechanical aptitude -- comfortable learning equipment, diagnosing issues, and fixing problems. * Sales mindset -- able to identify growth opportunities and build trust. * High accountability, reliability, and pride in work. * Valid driver 's license and clean driving record for at least three years.
