We're actively hiring Wireless Sales Representatives to join our customer- facing sales team and support our growing AT&T telecom business development campaign. This full-time, entry level role is perfect for individuals who are motivated to learn, love working with people, and want to gain experience in telecom sales, customer support, and account management. As a Wireless Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our AT&T client, engaging directly with customers to help them understand mobile service options, wireless products, and account services. As a Wireless Sales Representative, You Will: * Work directly with customers to explain wireless service options, product features, and telecom account services. * Manage new and existing customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction. * Help customers upgrade services, resolve issues, and make confident purchase decisions. * Track customer activity, follow up on inquiries, and manage service updates. * Deliver consistent sales support in a goal-oriented, team-driven environment. * Collaborate with other Customer Service & Sales Representatives and managers to achieve customer service and sales benchmarks.
