About the job: Responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving growth through lead generation, networking, and strategic planning. Requires strong industry knowledge and the ability to connect with decision-makers in architecture, construction, engineering, and interior design. We're looking for someone who: * Has a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred) * Has 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within relevant industries * Demonstrates a proven track record of securing new business and building long-term client relationships * Possesses strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Is organized and able to manage multiple projects at once * Is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and collaborative * Is proficient in Google Workspace, CRM software, and business development tools * Can work on-site 3 days a week with remote flexibility What you'll do: * Identify and generate new business opportunities across multiple service lines * Research and target prospective clients and markets * Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and market reach * Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery * Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions * Work with marketing to prepare proposals, presentations, and promotional materials * Maintain a strong online and industry presence to attract leads * Oversee proposal and bid submissions * Develop and track business development goals, pipeline reports, and sales performance metrics * Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategies Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sand City, CA 93955
