The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Outside Sales to work at a company located in the Alexandria LA area! Job Title Outside Sales Position Location Alexandria, La Pay/hours for position $40,000 Salary plus commission Requirements of position Required high school diploma or GED. * Bachelor's degree in Business/ Business Administration/ Marketing or equivalent OR two (2) years of previous outside sales experience. * Professional appearance and demeanor. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical skills for written and numerical data. Clean driving record with valid drivers license. Computer literacy. Responsibilities of position Regularly visit targeted clients for the purpose of attracting new business and retaining valuable existing business relationships. * Keep abreast of the competition in the territory, understanding their strengths and areas of opportunity of our competition to assist in the sales process. * Maintain the Weekly Sales Plan/Forecast and Summary to ensure selling time is maximized. * Maintain the Target Account Lists to track the prescribed sales call process of targeted prospects. * Conduct all prescribed post-sales follow-up activities promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. * Become familiar with and adhere to the policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook. * Attend and contribute feedback at all office meetings. * Attend and participate fully in all training opportunities. * Interact regularly with the inside sales support staff to ensure the best possible service to clients. * Develop and maintain a schedule of well-planned sales calls utilizing the Weekly Sales Plan and Summary and Target Account List.
