Sales/Design Associate Job Details & Perks: * Paid training provided * Full-time * Annual company convention in Cancun, Mexico * Company car for work appointments (insurance and gas covered by company) Sales/Design Associate Key Responsibilities: * Conduct in-home design consultations, measurements, and proposal presentations. * Manage project documentation, payment collection, and coordination with production teams. * Drive business growth through networking (including BNI participation), home shows, and local marketing efforts. Maintain the Mobile Showroom and company equipment (laptop, tablet, proprietary software). * Pay: Potential earnings are $60,000+ for the average Design Associate.
