Belzona Houston is a leading provider of engineered repair composites, industrial coatings, and asset life-extension solutions serving refineries, chemical plants, marine operations, power generation, and heavy industry across the Gulf Coast. We specialize in technically driven solutions for corrosion control, leak sealing, erosion protection, and mechanical repairs in critical service environments. As part of our continued growth, we are expanding into the Corpus Christi and South Texas market and are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to help establish and grow our regional presence. Position Summary The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships throughout the Corpus Christi and surrounding South Texas area. This role focuses on consultative, solution-based selling to industrial facilities, engineering firms, and maintenance organizations. The position offers a base salary plus commission , strong technical support, and significant long-term growth potential. Key Responsibilities * Develop new business and manage existing accounts within the assigned territory * Call on refineries, chemical plants, marine facilities, power generation sites, and industrial service providers * Promote engineered repair and industrial coating solutions for corrosion, leaks, and asset protection * Build relationships with plant personnel, engineers, inspectors, and maintenance leaders * Conduct site visits, identify problems, and propose technically appropriate solutions * Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to support project execution * Track opportunities, activities, and forecasts using CRM tools * Represent Belzona Houston at plant meetings, site walkdowns, and industry events Qualifications * 3+ years of B2B industrial sales experience (industrial services, coatings, MRO, maintenance, reliability, or related fields preferred) * Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills * Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions to industrial customers * Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a territory independently * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within South Texas Preferred Experience * Industrial coatings, composite repairs, corrosion control, or mechanical repair solutions * Experience calling on refineries, chemical plants, marine, or power facilities * Familiarity with engineering or inspection-driven sales environments Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary plus commission * Vehicle allowance or mileage reimbursement * Health benefits and paid time off * Ongoing technical training and sales support * Career growth opportunities as the South Texas territory expands Why Join Belzona Houston? * Opportunity to build and grow a territory with strong market demand * Globally recognized products with proven performance in critical service * Direct access to technical and engineering expertise * Stable, growth-focused organization with long-term advancement potential Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
