Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dr Jen Oral Care Field Sales Representative and become a driver of our growth and customer success! In this energetic role, you will proactively engage with healthcare professionals and Dental Professionals to promote Dr Jen's Nano-Hydroxyapitite Products. Your enthusiasm and strategic approach will help expand our market presence, build lasting relationships, and deliver tailored product demonstrations that meet client needs. Duties * Develop and execute strategic territory management plans to maximize sales opportunities within assigned regions. * Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts to expand the customer base. * Conduct compelling product presentations for Dental Professionals showcasing the the Benefits of Dr Jen's Oral Care. * Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and upselling relevant products or services. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop tailored campaigns that support business development initiatives. * Occasional travel to dental conferences (6 a year) * Submit daily/weekly sales reports Experience * Proven success in outside sales or B2B sales roles, preferably within the dental professional industry. * Strong management skills with experience in territory management and account oversight. * Demonstrated ability in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales strategies. * Familiarity with CRM software likefor tracking sales activities and customer data. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build trust and long-term relationships. * Experience in product demos and presentations with dental professionals * Hourly wage + Commisions - hourly wage will depend experience.
