Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Dr Jen Oral Care Field Sales Representative and become a driver of our growth and customer success! In this energetic role, you will proactively engage with healthcare professionals and Dental Professionals to promote Dr Jen's Nano-Hydroxyapitite Products. Your enthusiasm and strategic approach will help expand our market presence, build lasting relationships, and deliver tailored product demonstrations that meet client needs.

Duties

• Develop and execute strategic territory management plans to maximize sales opportunities within assigned regions.
• Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts to expand the customer base.
• Conduct compelling product presentations for Dental Professionals showcasing the the

• Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and upselling relevant products or services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop tailored campaigns that support business development initiatives.
• Occasional travel to dental conferences (6 a year)
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports Experience
• Proven success in outside sales or B2B sales roles, preferably within the dental professional industry.
• Strong management skills with experience in territory management and account oversight.
• Demonstrated ability in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM software likefor tracking sales activities and customer data.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Experience in product demos and presentations with dental professionals
• Hourly wage + Commisions - hourly wage will depend experience.

Requirements

:

• Must have a valid drivers license and car insurance
• Experienced roles: 1-3+ years in sales
