Job Summary Casanova Event Resource | Bay Area Casanova Event Resource is a fast-growing, full-service party & event rental company specializing in weddings, corporate events, and luxury productions across the Bay Area. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and relationship- driven Event Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities * Manage incoming leads and client inquiries * Prepare rental quotes, close sales, and manage accounts * Upsell inventory, upgrades, and additional services * Maintain strong relationships with planners, venues & caterers * Track pipeline and meet monthly sales goals * Represent the Casanova brand with professionalism and care Qualifications * Experience in event sales, hospitality, catering, venue, or rental industry * Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills * Confident closer with customer-first mindset * Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines * Passion for events and long-term relationship building Compensation & Benefits * Base Pay: $3,000 - $4,500 per month * Commission: 3%-7% of revenue closed * Paid training & growth opportunities * Access to industry events & networking * Opportunity to grow into senior sales or management roles Location Hayward CA, In office Apply Now Send your resume and short introduction to: [please apply online] Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company car * Employee discount * Mileage reimbursement * Paid time off * Paid training Work Location: In person
