Job Overview We're searching for a motivated and personable Sales Representative to help expand our reach and connect retailers and amusement parks with our unique plush products. If you're proactive, customer-focused, and excited about selling joyful toys, you'll thrive here. Key Responsibilities * Engage with retailers, gift shops, amusement buyers, and distributors to showcase Goffa's plush toy catalog. * Conduct effective cold-calling and lead generation to meet sales goals. * Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product lines--bears, unicorns, dinosaurs, and seasonal best-sellers. * Process orders accurately while delivering a polished and friendly customer experience. * Build long-term relationships, encouraging repeat business and referrals. * Collaborate with team members, attending product briefings and sales meetings. * Resolve customer inquiries quickly and professionally. * Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. Qualifications * Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred, especially in retail, toy, or promotional products. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing and sales setting. * Attentive to detail, adaptable, and energized by teamwork. * Basic math skills for handling orders and transactions. * Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for building connections.
