Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer knowledge and interest. * Process transactions accurately using the CRM system * Maintain organized stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and readily available for customers. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Uphold store standards by keeping the sales area clean, organized, and professional * Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries, providing information about products and services. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Ability to demonstrate products confidently through engaging product demos. * Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. * A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
