This position is designed for disciplined, performance- driven closers who can manage the full sales cycle independently while working within a structured, well-supported system. Solar Closer -$15k-30k /month salary+commission W2/1099 California (In- Person & Remote Hybrid) Solar Sales Closer - California Hybrid Role (In-Person & Remote)Earnings: $15,000-$30,000 / Month (Base + Commission) Location & Travel Requirements * Open to candidates located anywhere in California * Must be able to travel within a 50-mile radius of your home ZIP code for in-person meetings * Approximately 50% in-person meetings and 50% Zoom meetings Experience & Performance Requirements * Minimum 1+ year of residential solar/ In-home sales closing experience * Proven closing ratio of 30% or higher * Demonstrated ability to manage deals independently from: * Initial consultation * Proposal presentation * Contract execution Appointment & Lead Structure * The company provides approximately 10 -20 qualified appointments per week * In addition to company-provided appointments, at least 30% of closed deals are expected to come from self-generated leads , including but not limited to: Compensation Structure * Base Pay: $3,000-$6,000 per month * Total Monthly Earnings: Typically $15,000 -$30,000, based on performance * Commission: Uncapped Employment Structure This role is primarily structured as a 1099 independent contractor position * W2 employment may be available for select candidates , based on experience, performance, and business needs Compensation, benefits, and tax treatment vary depending on employment structure.
