Knowledge and well-rounded experience in internet sales, government sales, and commercial vehicle sales is needed by at least 1 candidate for these positions! Customer relationship management software experience is also a plus. We provide paid on-site training and potential for growth within the company. We prefer to promote from within. This position does not require candidates to come into store for workdays. However, candidates who choose to be remote, will NOT be given access to our sales/dealer software. All sales/dealer software must be accessed and handled in-store. Job Responsibilities: * Build and foster long-term customer/company relationships * Work as primary point of contact for customer base, assisting with all current and future customer purchasing needs and automotive questions * Utilize our proven sales processes to meet monthly team and personal sales goals * Coordinate with service and parts department, body shop, finance department, and admin office to ensure customer needs are met * Achieve and maintain sales certifications, including working knowledge of Ford, finance, lease and insurance programs * Assist in maintenance of customer database * Use CRM tool to follow up with current, prospective and past customers to ensure positive experience * Identify and work to improve upon areas of opportunity Job Requirements: * Strong work ethic and professional appearance * Upbeat, friendly demeanor and positive attitude * Goal oriented personality with a desire to succeed * Understanding of basic phone and email etiquette * Valid driver's license with a good record * Must be able to work a schedule of Monday - Friday (Saturday's if needed, which will result in an off day during the next week) * Drug test and background check required. * At least 1 candidate with exceptional knowledge in government and commercial vehicle sales.
