Job Summary We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Office/Personal Assistant to join our team. This role is a blend of administrative support, marketing coordination, and client care, and personal tasks --perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves systems, and wants to grow with a fast-paced real estate and development business. What You 'll Do * Handle daily administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly. * Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and maintain organized records. * Assist with transaction coordination : paperwork, listings, closings. * Oversee CRM management (Follow Up Boss) and project management tools [please apply online] * Support social media efforts: content scheduling, engagement, overall concepts * Track and manage expenses, invoices, and office supplies. * Provide excellent communication and follow-up with clients, vendors, and partners. * Coordinate client events, open houses, and marketing campaigns. * Pick-up/Order/Drop-off What We 're Looking For * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Comfortable with technology: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, and willing to learn real estate/marketing platforms. * Self-starter who can take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision. * Team player with a professional, positive attitude. * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Nice-to-Haves (but not required) * Experience in real estate, marketing, or customer service. * Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation. * Prior exposure to CRMs and project management tools.
