Job Summary

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Office/Personal Assistant to join our team. This role is a blend of administrative support, marketing coordination, and client care, and personal tasks --perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves systems, and wants to grow with a fast-paced real estate and development business. What You 'll Do

• Handle daily administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
• Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and maintain organized records.
• Assist with transaction coordination : paperwork, listings, closings.
• Oversee CRM management (Follow Up Boss) and project management tools [please apply online]
• Support social media efforts: content scheduling, engagement, overall concepts
• Track and manage expenses, invoices, and office supplies.
• Provide excellent communication and follow-up with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Coordinate client events, open houses, and marketing campaigns.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with technology: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, and willing to learn real estate/marketing platforms.
• Self-starter who can take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
• Team player with a professional, positive attitude.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Nice-to-Haves (but not required)
• Experience in real estate, marketing, or customer service.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
