Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Product Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, particularly in B2B environments, and have experience in high-end sales. As a Product Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their business operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service. * Conduct outbound sales efforts including cold calling and follow-up on leads. * Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer interactions. * Engage in public speaking opportunities to promote products and services at events or meetings. * Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on upselling techniques and inventory management. * Provide support in marketing initiatives to drive product awareness and sales growth. * Assist clients with inventory control and retail math calculations as needed. * Demonstrate product knowledge during presentations to ensure clients understand the benefits of our offerings. * Maintain an organized approach to managing client accounts and sales documentation. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experiences: * Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within B2B or automobile sales sectors. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals. * Familiarity with high-end sales techniques and customer service excellence. * Experience using CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively. * Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse clientele. * Background in retail sales or dealership experience is a plus. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for successful client interactions.
