Summary: The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for booking private event functions from orientation to event, creating 5-star experiences for each and every client. He/she also supports the General Manager by completing tasks as directed. Responsibilities: * Proactively identify and pursue catering sales opportunities through networking, outreach, and relationship-building. * Collaborate with the events team to create customized catering packages tailored to the needs and preferences of clients. * Conduct site visits and tastings with potential clients to showcase our offerings and facilities. * Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to clients. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all aspects of events, from planning to execution, are seamlessly executed. * Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process, providing exceptional customer service and support. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and revenue forecasts. * Consistently meets or exceeds event booking goals.
