You will be making over $100,000 in your first year and over $500,000 after 5 years. Position Summary The Telemarketing Representative will play a key role in our sales and client outreach efforts. This position is ideal for individuals eager to break into the real estate sector. You will begin with telemarketing duties while receiving structured career education and training in real estate, paving the way for long-term advancement within the company. Key Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, investors, and property owners. * Communicate the value proposition of 1st American Properties clearly and effectively. * Manage and update customer information using our CRM system. Sales Support: * Assist with lead generation and follow-up activities. * Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention. Real Estate Education & Career Development: * Participate in ongoing training programs that provide in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, property management, and sales strategies. * Attend workshops, webinars, and on-the-job training sessions to enhance your real estate expertise. * Explore career advancement opportunities within the company as you gain experience and demonstrate success. * Learn how to buy properties ALL CASH. Administrative Duties: * Maintain accurate records of client interactions. * Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals. Experience: * Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required. * Interest in real estate is highly desirable. * Having a goal of becoming a self-made millionaire is appreciated.
