Parts Counterperson - Subaru Buick Cadillac Lakeland Subaru Buick Cadillac Lakeland is seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in body shop parts and be able to support both internal and external customers with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities: * Assist technicians, body shop personnel, and retail customers with parts inquiries and orders * Accurately identify, source, and price automotive parts and accessories * Maintain inventory integrity and ensure timely ordering and delivery of parts * Process invoices, returns, and special orders * Work closely with the service and collision departments to support repair operations Qualifications: * Prior experience in a dealership or body shop parts department required * Body shop parts experience strongly preferred * Familiarity with PartsTrader and CCC One a plus * Experience with CDK or other dealership management systems preferred * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail We Offer: * Competitive pay based on experience * Full benefits package * Opportunities for growth within a reputable dealership group If you have the experience and motivation to contribute to a high-performing team, we want to hear from you!
