This role is strategic, interactive, and essential for the continued success of our facility. Key responsibilities include: * Building and maintaining strong relationships with hospital social workers, case managers, and healthcare professionals * Representing and promoting Lakeside's services to referral sources and community partners * Managing the full referral and admissions process to ensure an exceptional customer experience * Collaborating with the financial office on census accuracy, payer eligibility, and insurance verification * Leading sales and outreach initiatives to achieve occupancy and revenue goals * Facilitating weekly and monthly strategy meetings with the leadership team * Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and demographic reviews * Continuously improving inquiry, tour, and follow-up processes to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction What We 're Looking For * A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or long-term care is preferred * Strong interpersonal skills and professional presentation * A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment * Someone who communicates clearly, builds trust easily, and enjoys both independent and team-based work * A results-driven mindset with a passion for representing high-quality care Ready to Take the Next Step?
