Job Summary We are seeking a dual property dynamic and experienced Sales Director to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in local business development, account management, and technology sales. Duties - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals - Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion - Manage key client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Analyze sales data to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients Experience - Proven experience in sales leadership roles - Strong leadership skills with the ability to self motivate - Meet or exceed monthly goals for LNR and Group sales - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies - Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and driving revenue growth Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Ability to Commute: * Corpus Christi, TX 78411 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Corpus Christi, TX 78411: Relocate before starting work (Required) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
