HFI Fluid Power products is seeking out a self-motivated individual to take ownership of the shipping and receiving functions of our distribution department. This position is a lead position with a couple of support warehouse technicians reporting. This position is fulltime, Monday through Friday with hours of operation from 8AM to 5PM. Roles and responsibilities: * Receive in product from outside vendors, verifying order correctness and receiving in system. * Receiving in product from internal production. * Packaging and shipping product to customers in a professional and timely manner. * Warehousing and storing excess inventory. * Performing inventory counts and entering in adjustments. * Overseeing work of others and delegating tasks as needed. * Running the parts counter. This entails helping customers place orders, select products, creating orders, fabricating replacement hydraulic and pneumatic hose assemblies and tube assemblies. * Ensure good housekeeping, cleanliness and safety practices are observed by all. HFI will provide training for trade-specific functions such as how to identify and reproduce a hydraulic hose assembly. Training will be a combination of internal one-on-one as well as offsite classroom training. You will be expected to complete courses in basic fluid power application. HFI will provide tuition reimbursement.
